As posted on the official forum, and then the thread was locked. While a thread lock was needed, it doesn't allow us to ask many questions concerning what "etc" is being defined as. I'm certainly not about to make a thread to do so.
We can assume "acted upon" means denial. To make sure this does not happen, and protect the editors, I would like to get some suggestions from everyone.
