Policies, guidelines, and standards
I think we should start going through generally common policies of other wikis; we need to have a more systematic way of doing things around here, and right now we're mostly using policy as a way of defending our soapbox of the minute.
Here are some sets that I think might be worth going through; we can talk them over and see what we feel would be worth pulling over to modify for our own usage. Not all of these are policies, some are formatting standards, as well.
