Record

Syntax: record <person> <message>

Watchers can record notes pertaining to potential troublemakers for distribution to others in their guild. The inquire skill allows a Watcher to access such records, if any exist pertaining to a particular target.

This skill has unfortunately limited usefulness, since multiple active Watchers are quite rare.
