This skill grants the chance of making a second attack with both wielded and dual wielded weapons. This chance improves with the character's percent. When perfected, this extra attack will frequently, but not always, be performed. Second attack, unlike its sister skills third and fourth attack, is more resilient against the effects of iterative attack reductions, like form of the zephyr and windbind.
