Syntax: cast 'aquatic movement' <target>

Aquatic movement nullifies penalties normally in place when fighting underwater. Some skills that have reduced effectiveness in water are parry, dodge, evade, kick and knee shatter. Normally, shield bash, bash and trip fail completely underwater; aquatic movement allows them to work as normal. Additionally, aquatic movement allows characters to travel across water without a boat.

This skill synergizes well with wall of water because it can force unprepared opponents into taking underwater penalties that the water templar can avoid suffering herself.
