Syntax: cast 'blast'

Blast is a very powerful attack spell gained by fire templars. Like fireball, blast's range is Area of Effect, dealing significant fire damage to all characters in the room not grouped with the caster. Unlike fireball, the damage dealt by blast allows no save. In addition to the current room, blast also deals Area of Effect fire damage to adjacent rooms. While this damage is less than that dealt in the room in which it was cast, it is still quite significant and allows no save.

It should be noted that blast's damage, unlike implosion, is calculated individually for each affected character. Sentinel mobiles who are injured cannot be damaged by blast if the caster is not in the room with them. This spell will not affect adjacent rooms blocked off by a closed door or a wall of stone, or rooms containing a wall of water. Blast immediately destroys walls of thorns.
