Syntax: cast 'water breathing' <target>

This spell grants a character the ability to breathe underwater, allowing him to pass through water normally. This includes both underwater rooms and rooms under the effect of a wall of water. Characters who cannot breathe while underwater will begin drowning after one tick, which deals very rapidly scaling drowning damage.

Aquatic movement synergizes well with water breathing, as it allows the character in question to fight normally while underwater.
