Fleet allows characters who are in combat to pick up items off the ground without the usual fail chance. This can be especially useful for picking up weapons that have been disarmed immediately after they hit the ground (allowing for effective triggering).

Note: As there is little or no lag associated with trying to pick something up from the ground, players might just opt for creating an alias or action to get a disarmed weapon 3-4 times to work around the fail chance (i.e. #4 get 1. in tintin++).
